Terms of Service

1. The service

Vectify Maps (maps.vectify.io) lets you search public Google Maps business listings and export the results. Operated by Vectify B.V.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. One person or organisation per account.

3. Billing & plans

The free plan includes a one-time allowance of 5,000 exported results. The Unlimited plan is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe; live Google Maps scraping on Unlimited runs on an API key you supply from your own RapidAPI account, billed separately by RapidAPI. Unlimited database use is subject to a fair-use limit of 10% of the database per calendar month. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the period ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Use the data lawfully and in line with applicable laws (including GDPR) and Google's terms. Do not resell access, abuse the service, or use it to harass or spam.

5. Your data

You own the data you export. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of scraped data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectify's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
